A student can work in Canada during the studies for a limited number of hours as long as eligible in the program.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR STUDENT VISA
In order to receive unconditional admission into a certain educational institute in Canada, a letter of acceptance must be sent from the institute. It should also include the course title, duration, level of study, and the latest possible start date.
The results of the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) test taken within the last two years should also be included in the letter.
In addition, a copy of the most recent diploma or certificate, as well as the latest mark sheets for the entire program, should be included.
In certain streams, you must also provide a copy of the $10,000 GIC that you have purchased from a participating financial institution. This will help you cover living expenses during your first year in Canada.
Your entry as a student provides you a clear pathway to Permanent Residence. We will be there to assist you.
